To create an account, simply go to the home page and click on "My account" then choose "I am an individual" or "I am a professional" then create an account. Complete the form as accurately as possible to avoid any error or impact in sending the items ordered. All you have to do is order.

For any changes, go to "My Account" then "Modify my settings".
For any changes, go to "My Account" then "I forgot my password". An e-mail will be sent to you to validate your request.
To delete your account, go to "My Account", then "Change my settings" and "Delete my account".

In the My Account section, you can view the status of your order in the My Orders section. A tracking number and a link to the carrier's website will also be sent to you by email when your purchases are shipped.
You can follow the progress of your package via the link you received by email.
Currently it is not possible to cancel or modify your order upon validation of payment. Your order is sent in preparation to our warehouse in order to ship it to you as soon as possible.
During your payment, a padlock appears in the URL bar and indicates that your connection is secure.
the accepted bank cards are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. All transactions are made in euros.
All our shipments to France are made with DPD.
All orders to member countries abroad are shipped via Colissimo International for home delivery with delivery against signature.
In France, the delivery costs are € 6.90 HT.
It takes an average of 48 to 72 working hours for mainland France to receive your order excluding Sundays and public holidays.

We process and prepare packages from Monday to Friday. The preparation of your order is carried out in 24 / 48h. The delivery times are those practiced by our partner DPD (for more information on delivery times, go to the "What is the delivery time" section).
We do not exchange or return adhesive products and panties.
As a reminder, we do not make returns on adhesive products and on panties. To return an item, you must first make a request on the site by email to confirm and receive the return number. In the "My orders" section of your account or in the "Returns" section, access the order to which your return request relates, then choose the item you wish to return, complete the reason for the return and then confirm. All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Returned items will be refunded, excluding postage upon receipt of the package. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to request a return. You have an additional fourteen days after the date of issue of your return label to return your package to us. After these deadlines no refund will be possible. Be sure to keep a follow-up or any other proof of sending. Items must be returned in their new condition and original packaging.
Any item without label, incomplete, worn, damaged or stained will not be taken back. In addition, for hygienic reasons, we do not reimburse or exchange adhesive products or lingerie stockings. Upon receipt of the package in the warehouse, the refund is made. The repayment times of the sum depend on the bank processing times.
